As a Strategic Operations Leader, you will be responsible for driving strategic execution and ensuring operational excellence while strengthening customer satisfaction and fostering talent development.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the strategic execution of operational plans, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and market opportunities;
  • Guarantee operational excellence through the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives and lean practices;
  • Foster customer satisfaction by strengthening relationships and ensuring quality, reliability, and responsiveness in operations;
  • Drive talent development by building, mentoring, and retaining high-performance teams;
  • Oversee the achievement of financial and operational targets (OKRs), ensuring accountability and predictability across processes;
  • Monitor KPIs, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions to secure sustainable performance;
  • Champion CRM adoption and local commercial processes to enhance customer engagement and market competitiveness.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in executive leadership within the capital goods, machinery, or industrial manufacturing sector;
  • Strong track record in delivering operational excellence, leading transformation projects, and ensuring strategic execution;
  • Ability to drive financial and operational targets, maintain strong relationships with key customers and suppliers, and ensure corrective actions through KPI monitoring;
  • Solid expertise in promoting CRM adoption and commercial processes, with a strong orientation toward customer satisfaction and business growth;
  • Mobility to reside in Rio Grande do Sul.
