**What you'll do**
Business Data Cloud is SAP's strategic cloud solution, facilitating customers' easy access and governance of their data.
The Modeling department is specifically responsible for creating new transformation and enrichment pipelines using graphical low code / no code editors.
The Repository team provides the backend microservice utilized by these editors for model persistence and lifecycle management.
As a development manager, you will oversee the São Leopoldo-based team of developers, contributing to the ongoing improvement of this microservice in collaboration with Repository colleagues in Europe and China.
You will act as a bridge between Product Managers and your team, analyzing new requirements and organizing the delivery of technical solutions following SAP's high-quality development processes.
You will also focus on ensuring the quality, security, performance, scalability, and resilience of the solution.
In your role as a team leader, you will be dedicated to motivating and empowering your team.
You will communicate SAP's strategy and its impact on their daily tasks, support their career progression, and foster a collaborative and innovative spirit

- Experience with Data Warehouse or Analytics projects is an added advantage
