About the Role

The Complaint Intake Analyst I is a key position in our organization, responsible for supporting PMQA by providing initial triage of complaints from various channels and serving as the first point of contact with customers. This role involves ensuring accuracy of customer data to identify complaint codes, conducting data entry, and coordinating work through established business rules.

Responsibilities

- Identify complaint codes accurately
- Coordinate logistics for sample collection
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders on adverse events
- Determine if replacement, credit, or warranty claims are warranted and notify relevant stakeholders
- Process claims for customers
- Lead translation services for reporting

Requirements

- Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- High-quality customer service skills
- Effective written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical, biological, or device-related products
- Proficiency in computer software systems
