Software Engineer Recruiter

We are seeking a talented individual to lead our software engineer recruitment efforts in Sweden.

As a key member of our global team, you will be responsible for finding and attracting top software engineering talent to join our Swedish operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and engage with high-potential software engineers ready to relocate to Sweden, highlighting the benefits of living and working there.
  • Build trust with suitable candidates, often relocating as part of a major life decision, to ensure seamless onboarding.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across multiple countries to plan and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies.
  • Coordinate relocation logistics, including visa, work permits, housing, travel, and other necessary arrangements.
  • Contribute to client portfolios in software development, R&D, cybersecurity, automotive, and other fields by identifying and recruiting skilled engineers.
  • Operate within an efficient team focused on helping engineers build a new career and life in Sweden.

Offer and Work Setup

Work from home or a co-location center of your choice, enjoying a flexible schedule.

Competitive remuneration package, including base salary, bonuses, and benefits such as 20 paid vacation days, paid travels, housing, and per diem allowances.

Full-time, long-term contract as a Private Entrepreneur, minimum 12 months. Eight hours of work per day, Monday to Friday. Overtime compensation 1:1 in flex time.
