Job Opportunity: Product Integrity Professional

This is an exciting role for a seasoned professional to join our team and contribute to building and executing a best-in-class product integrity program.

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing company needs in Latin America, including countries with heightened risk of counterfeiting, diversion, and theft.
  • They will develop strategies and plans to mitigate risks to brands, business objectives, and patients resulting from counterfeiting, diversion, and theft of medicines.
Key Responsibilities:
  • The successful candidate will investigate allegations of counterfeiting, diversion, theft, and resultant IP violations from intake through disposition.
  • They will work cross-functionally with stakeholders to implement anti-counterfeiting and anti-diversion techniques/programs.
  • Development and execution of internal and external training programs related to the dangers of illegal products in the market to patients, supply chain, and brands.
  • Risk assessments of supply lanes, carriers, 3rd party service providers, distribution centers, and suppliers in support of government program compliance.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of business experience working in pharmaceutical/life sciences or like industries required.
  • Experience in managing brand protection matters within and outside of the legitimate supply chain.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish required. Fluency in other languages, including Portuguese highly preferred.
