Back Office Transformation Lead

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Manager to lead our back-office modernization project worldwide. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in orchestrating the transition to our target back-office system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of the BOLD program, from planning and design to execution and optimization.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets, monitoring progress and managing risks effectively.
  • Coordinate and manage external vendors and consultants as necessary, ensuring quality deliverables and adherence to project milestones.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to project team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Sizing & Context:
  • The project involves over 200 team members across geographies.
  • Multiple projects need to be coordinated and roadmapped to align.
Experience:
  • A Master's degree (or equivalent) in a related field is required.
Hard Skills:
  • Strong experience with complex program management.
  • Experience with SAP S/4 is essential.
  • Familiarity with SAP best practices, methodologies, and architecture principles is crucial.
  • Understanding of agri-commodity business is preferred.
Soft Skills:
  • Both hands-on and strategic thinking is required.
  • Impeccable communication skills are essential for influencing stakeholders.
  • A results-oriented mindset and proactive problem-solving approach are necessary.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are required.
