Strategic Business Operations Manager

This position collaborates closely with the sales organization to provide comprehensive support for sales-related matters, business policies, and procedural issues.
- Ensures consistent communication and general support regarding proposal concepts, special offer negotiation, contract issues, pricing issues, entitlements, and general sales/account management related matters.
- Partners with Sales and Account Management leadership to determine overall operational needs.
- Communicates with appropriate sales teams on customer promotions and provides guidance and clarity regarding promotions.
- Fosters a culture of excellence by leading, motivating, coaching, and developing the Operations team.
- Prior experience leading Operations structures and teams in multinational corporations.
- Experience with Contract and entitlement management is highly desirable.
- Prior experience working in the Technology Industry is desirable.
- Work experience using and analyzing qualitative and quantitative data.
- A degree is mandatory, and an MBA/Post Graduation is desirable.
- Advanced English proficiency is mandatory.
