Join our team as a Fleet Operations Manager.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily condition, availability, and functionality of the vehicle fleet to ensure operational readiness. This includes coordinating and managing service appointments, damage repairs, and technical inspections. The ideal candidate will have experience in logistics, fleet operations, or a related role, with strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Proven experience in fleet management, vehicle coordination, logistics, or a related operational role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Norwegian is not required but would be a plus
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail when managing service schedules, part inventories, and fleet data
- Confident using Excel for planning, tracking, and reporting purposes; basic understanding of cost control and maintenance budgeting
