We are seeking a highly skilled RH Senior Area Strategist to lead our expansion efforts in Brazil.

  • Growing business in Brazil with key performance indicators of ride-hailing, including rides, gross merchandise value and net revenue
  • Monitoring and improving customer satisfaction metrics by addressing customer concerns and feedback
  • SUPPORTING THE DEVELOPMENT AND EXECUTION OF MARKETING STRATEGIES TO BUILD AND STRENGTHEN THE BRAND IN THE LOCAL MARKET
  • Gathering and analyzing data using tools such as Google Spreadsheets, Tableau, Swrve and Data Studio
  • Providing support in business and KPI planning

Required Skills:

  • Fluency in English and Portuguese
  • 2-3+ years experience in business operations, expansion or launching in Ride-Hailing, Delivery and E-commerce fields
  • Advanced knowledge of analytical tools: Tableau, Google services and other Business Intelligence tools
  • Marketing research experience
  • Digital marketing expertise: planning, results evaluation, tools and media planning
  • Long-term strategic vision: ability to understand consequences of actions for long-term business outcomes
  • Operational Excellence
  • Adaptability and flexibility
  • Attention to detail and a data-driven mindset
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and multicultural environment
