We are seeking an experienced Business Development Lead to join our team at LHR Americas. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities that align with our company's strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth and revenue.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Develop and present business cases to senior management to secure funding and support.
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop business plans and financial models.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our business development processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with senior management and other stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
