We're seeking a highly motivated Marketing Manager to drive business growth in the LATAM region by developing and executing impactful marketing strategies that build brand awareness, generate leads, and foster customer loyalty.

About This Role
  • Collaborate with local sales, international, and corporate marketing teams to deliver integrated marketing campaigns aligned with revenue goals.
  • Develop and implement regional marketing plans that drive brand awareness and lead generation.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Plan and execute regional marketing programs for shippers, LSPs, and carriers.
  2. Build strong partnerships with LATAM sales and SDR teams for lead generation activities.
  3. Implement localized marketing programs using a mix of channels and tactics, including social media, digital, events, PR & media, and other partnerships.
  4. Collaborate with central marketing functions, including Demand Generation, Digital Marketing, Product Marketing, Corporate Communications & Content, Carrier Marketing, Customer & Partner Marketing, and Design.
  5. Organize regional events, from concept to execution, including trade shows, regional sales events, and project44's participation at third-party sponsored events.
  6. Work closely with the local arm of our PR & Media agency to drive brand awareness through key media outlets, journalists, associations, and local influencers.
  7. Oversee content translation and localization using our preferred agency.

Requirements:

  • Excellent client-facing skills in English and Portuguese or Spanish (written and verbal).
  • +5 years of B2B marketing experience.
  • Experience working for a SaaS or Enterprise software company.
  • Broad set of marketing skills across demand gen, digital, social, events, campaigns.
  • Familiarity with sales and marketing tools such as Salesforce, On24, and Marketo.
  • Data-driven and ROI-focused.
