**Job Title:** Inventory Control Manager Our organization is seeking an experienced professional to lead our inventory control team. Responsibilities:
  • Supervise a team of hourly associates in Inventory Control operations within the Fulfillment Center.
  • Champion safety initiatives and ensure full compliance to maintain a safe work environment.
  • Coordinate inventory control maintenance and random counts aligned with network strategies.
  • Measure quality, inventory integrity, and accuracy, delivering feedback to the operations management team.
  • Conduct shift planning and forecasting while assigning and directing work.
  • Identify root causes of inventory deviations using cause-and-effect methodologies.
  • Drive network-wide quality initiatives.
  • Review and analyze customer complaints and process defect data.
  • Promote process improvements and develop your team's capabilities.
  • Appraise team performance and provide coaching to unlock their potential.
  • Develop strong analytical abilities and proficient mathematical skills.
**Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional qualification.
  • Strong proficiency in time management skills and data analysis.
  • Resilient problem solver with ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders across various seniority levels.
  • Previous experience in inventory management and optimization strategies.
  • Proficient in MS Office suite and advanced Excel skills.
