ICQA Area Manager Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our Inventory Control and Quality Assurance (ICQA) team within our Fulfilment Center. This is an exciting opportunity to join our fast-paced environment and make a lasting impact on our operations network.

The ICQA Area Manager will be responsible for supervising a team of hourly associates in Inventory Control/Quality Assurance operations, ensuring full compliance and maintaining a safe and secure work environment.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and supervise a team of hourly associates in Inventory Control/Quality Assurance operations
  • Champion safety initiatives and ensure full compliance to maintain a safe and secure work environment
  • Coordinate inventory control maintenance and random counts aligned with network strategies, ensuring consistency and quality
  • Measure quality, inventory integrity, and accuracy, delivering actionable feedback to the operations management team
  • Conduct shift planning and forecasting while effectively assigning and directing work
  • Identify root causes of inventory deviations using cause-and-effect methodologies and implement corrective actions
  • Drive and support network-wide Fulfilment & Operations-focused quality initiatives
  • Review and analyze customer complaints and process defect data, developing comprehensive action plans to minimize future occurrences
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Qualification: Required
  • Strong Proficiency in Time Management Skills: Essential
  • Resilient Problem-Solver: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a dynamic environment
  • Influence Stakeholders: Proven ability to influence stakeholders across various seniority levels
  • Inventory Management Experience: Previous experience in inventory management, placement, and optimization strategies
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite: Advanced Excel skills and experience with MS Access are advantages
  • Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills: In English
