We're looking for a highly skilled and dedicated professional to join our team as a Production Supervisor.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food engineering or a related field, with a minimum of one year's experience in the food industry. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with quality standards, facilitating quality discussions, and participating in decision-making processes. You will also be expected to plan, monitor, and evaluate results, coach and discipline team members, manage KPIs, and ensure health and safety guidelines are followed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Food Engineering or related area
  • Min. 1 year of experience in food industry
  • Good command of English language (desirable)
  • Good command of MS Office (Word/Excel)
