• Create a positive learning environment through clear coaching and timely feedback.
• Assist with new employee training and provide respectful coaching as needed.
• Maintain inventory levels within established standards.
• Develop positive relationships with shift teams by addressing individual motivation, needs, and concerns.
• Follow operational policies, including cash handling, safety, and security procedures.
• Document incidents properly and maintain accurate records.
• Complete required training and updates within specified periods.
• Provide feedback on team performance during shifts.
• Regular attendance and presence at work are required.
• Work primarily any shift, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Sit/stand for extended periods, lift 50 pounds, and perform physical tasks as assigned.
