Main Responsibilities:
  • Operational Oversight: Supervise store operations by deploying employees and delegating tasks to ensure Blarney Castle's standards of service are met and closely adhered to.
  • Customer Experience: Display a customer-centric attitude by ensuring every customer receives immediate and undivided attention from staff members.
  • Employee Development: Identify, communicate, and delegate appropriate responsibilities to employees to ensure a smooth flow of operations and create a positive learning environment.
  • New Employee Onboarding: Assist with new employee training by positively reinforcing successful performance and providing respectful coaching as needed.
  • Inventory Management: Ensure inventory levels are properly maintained within c-store operations to established standards.
