Are you a seasoned sales professional looking to take your career to the next level? We're seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead and grow our high-performing sales team in LATAM.

About the Opportunity
  • As a key member of our team, you'll drive our go-to-market strategy, expand our footprint in the region, and shape the future of measurement.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Lead and coach a team of sellers to achieve and exceed individual and team quotas.
  • Drive growth through new logo acquisition, upsells, and renewals across verticals and segments.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, SDR, Legal, Partner Development, and Customer Success teams.
  • Conduct regular pipeline reviews, deliver accurate forecasts, and support team members through the funnel.
  • Influence product development with insights from the LATAM region and customer needs.
Requirements:
  • Native Portuguese or Spanish and fluent English.
  • 7+ years of SaaS/AdTech sales experience with strong results in new customer acquisition, customer retention, upsells, and renewals.
  • Proven experience working with Customer Success teams.
  • Ability to coach, develop, and elevate sales professionals at all levels.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and forecasting skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce and working across global teams.
