Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive control testing plans, aligning with the organization's risk management goals.
  • Provide expert guidance to junior analysts, fostering their understanding of responsibilities and deliverables.
  • Review test outputs for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Oversee data-driven insights integration into control testing processes, enhancing decision-making capabilities.
  • Present regular updates on testing progress and outcomes to senior leaders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in control testing, internal audit, or risk management.
  • Strong understanding of control testing frameworks and methodologies (notably COSO, UK SOX, ISO 27001, NIST, PCI DSS).
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple testing projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with diagnosing issues, assessing root causes, and recommending remediation actions.
