Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Control Testing Coordinator. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth execution of control testing plans and strategies. Your key responsibilities will include managing daily activities of the testing team, monitoring progress, and ensuring accurate documentation and reporting of testing results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Control Testing Coordination: Oversee the execution of control testing schedules, ensure thoroughness, and adherence to established methodologies.
  • Team Leadership: Guide Control Testing Analysts, providing clarity on responsibilities and deliverables.
  • Quality Assurance: Review testing outputs for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal standards.
  • Collaboration: Work with Risk & Control Business Partners and stakeholders to align testing activities with broader risk management goals.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in control testing, internal audit, or risk management.
  • Strong understanding of control testing frameworks and methodologies (notably COSO, UK SOX, ISO 27001, NIST, PCI DSS).
  • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and industry standards.
  • Ability to manage multiple testing activities simultaneously.
  • Experience diagnosing issues, assessing root causes, and recommending remediation actions.
