Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated customer support specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to internal and external users.

  1. Manage and resolve daily support requests efficiently.
  2. Process change requests, including user access modifications and system improvements.
  3. Identify and suggest enhancements to improve the supportability and operability of our platform.
  4. Collaborate with technology teams to test new developments and system updates.
  5. Deliver user training to ensure correct and effective use of our platform.
About You
  • A strong functional understanding of Salesforce is essential.
  • Experience and skills in interpreting business needs and translating them into functional and operational requirements.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles; Salesforce Certified Administrator certification is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Adaptability and effective collaboration within a team.
