Job Summary:

The team in Brazil focuses on sales in the Pharma market.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop customer relationships within the Pharma industry to ensure market penetration and profitability.
  • Identify sales opportunities by developing an actionable plan to visit end users in assigned verticals.
  • Cultivate and implement potential new accounts to increase market presence, generate demand, and expand brand recognition in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Develop and maintain effective customer relations with purchasing and end-users within Brazil.
  • Meet sales targets and operate within expense guidelines.
  • Independently make decisions while applying available resources to meet customer needs and work effectively with cross-functional teams of suppliers and internal resources.
  • Perform sales calls and vendor relations with all customers and potential customers.
  • Stay updated on competitor and industry activity, new products/services, and other customer-relevant information. Incorporate this data into business strategies.
  • Handle pricing and negotiate within territory to control profitability.
  • Maintain accurate records and files vital for management.
  • Connect with supervisors regarding customer issues or potential problems, and perform other tasks assigned by managers.
  • Advise customers of supply and price trends and assist in inventory control, consulting with customers.
  • Follow up diligently on leads received from other areas/divisions of the organization.
  • Function as a segment specialist, understanding market issues & trends impacting the Pharma segment of the market and bring strategic direction to grow the business.
