Bilingual Senior Project Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bilingual Senior Project Lead to manage the lifecycle of internal organizational projects.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent project management skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and be able to effectively communicate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities include:

  • Project Lifecycle Management: Monitoring and executing the lifecycle of internal organizational projects, addressing all knowledge areas of the Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring, and Control process groups.
  • Scope and Communication Planning: Providing support in constructing detailed scopes of work and facilitating connections and integration among business units through a communication plan.
  • Project Execution and Monitoring: Tracking planned work execution, managing quality of deliverables, performance against proposed objectives, costs, and information integrity, as well as adherence to agreed schedules.
  • Strategic Partnership and Decision-Making: Collaborating with strategic levels by focusing on results and process-oriented thinking, defining project priorities, importance, and urgency.
  • Risk Management and Improvement Proposals: Identifying potential risks proactively, developing improvement proposals, and corrective plans.
  • Team and Stakeholder Mediation: Acting as a mediator between the operational team and senior management, efficiently overseeing projects and addressing partner needs by presenting relevant business unit information.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • MUST HAVE: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Production Engineering, or other related fields; Post graduation or MBA in Project Management, Certifications in Project Management (e.g., PMP); 3 years of experience in project planning and control; Advanced English – Writing / Reading / Communication.
  • NICE TO HAVE: Schedule management, Project integration management, Proficiency in agile, hybrid, and traditional methodologies, tailored to the nature of the project.
