As a strategic partner, you will play a vital role in our recruiting process. We are seeking a skilled professional to manage the full life cycle of recruiting processes and build effective partnerships with business unit hiring managers.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. They will be able to work across multiple disciplines and geography, and demonstrate a proven ability to attract passive candidates and build a diverse pipeline.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the entire recruiting process, influencing hiring managers and other stakeholders.
- Partner with stakeholders to deeply understand hiring needs.
- Evaluate skill levels and help manage the offer process, including reference checks, salary recommendations, and offer acceptance/declines.
- Negotiate offers by partnering with hiring managers and executive management.
- Directly source world-class technical candidates for various roles.
- Review resumes, pre-screen candidates, and move the interview process forward efficiently.
- Manage the day-to-day focus of Sourcers assigned to support your recruiting efforts.
- Maintain data integrity within our ATS.
- Compile and update reports for job openings, hires, and post-hires.
- BS/BA Degree is mandatory.
- At least 5+ years of recruiting experience.
- Solid experience using LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven abilities to grasp new technologies.
