Job Summary

The Regional Training Manager will oversee the Regional Training of allocated Pedros stores. This role involves managing a team of skilled trainers and ensuring that Standard Operating Procedures are maintained.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Conduct training sessions on food preparation as per Pedros Standard Operating Procedures.
  2. Support, mentor, and upskill trainees and new employees.
  3. Promote efficiency and improve skills of employees.
  4. Keep attendance and training records and registers.
  5. Monitor employee performance and response to training.
  6. Conduct performance evaluations and identify areas of improvement.
  7. Provide daily updates on training areas completed in-stores.
  8. Work within a team and drive the restaurant/take-away forward.
  9. Assist in New Store openings – supporting the teams through constant mentoring and coaching.
  10. Assist the Training Department with Adhoc Training tasks and projects within Pedros.
  11. Deliver presentations to the target audience for all Pedros Training Modules and SOPs.
  12. Sign off Manager Trainees throughout the region.
  13. Must be able to work Monday to Saturday, 8am to 5pm, with flexibility to work Peak days and outlying stores for extended periods.
  14. Track daily reports posted on WhatsApp groups from Manager & Skill Trainers. Raise concerns as they arise.
  15. Take charge of GP & GRV training/trouble shooting for new & existing stores.
  16. Ensure the training team roster is posted on the training platform by Saturday, 12pm.
  17. Full accountability of the training team within the RTM group.
  18. Coordinate new stores staff quantities, training stores, weekly training updates, and complete sign offs one week before store opening. POE must be filed.

Requirements

  1. Minimum 10 years of related experience in the restaurant and fast food service industry.
  2. Good verbal and written communication skills.
  3. Organizational and time management skills.
  4. Attention to detail.
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  6. Must be computer literate and able to write professional reports.
  7. Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
  8. Good knowledge of GP/COS/GRV.
  9. Internal applications must have completed all Station Training/Staff Development Program, Supervisor Course, and Manager Development Program.

Technical Experience

  1. Experience in designing, developing, implementing, maintaining, supporting, or operating technology or related applications, products, or services.
  2. GAAP/MICROS knowledge.

Additional Requirements

  1. Valid driver's license and ability to travel to sites.
