Sales Development Representative

At Netquest, we're on a mission to empower consumers to shape the products and services of tomorrow. As a Sales Development Representative, you'll play a crucial role in generating qualified leads and sales opportunities for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:- Research and qualify potential leads through various sources, including databases, social networks, and events.
- Initiate conversations with potential customers and uncover business opportunities through phone calls and emails.
- Identify the needs and challenges of potential customers and connect them with the appropriate sales team to move forward with the sales process.
- Maintain accurate records of prospecting activities and follow-up in our CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transfer of qualified leads and a clear understanding of goals and priorities.
- Previous sales experience, preferably in a lead generation or prospecting role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with potential customers.
- Strong orientation towards achieving goals and results.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and sales software.
- Proactive attitude and ability to adapt to a dynamic and constantly changing work environment.
