
Sales Account Renewal Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our sales team in Brazil. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both in Portuguese and English, with Spanish being a valuable asset.
Main Responsibilities:- Manage existing customer relationships, aiming to improve overall satisfaction and retention rates.
- Leverage opportunity to lead contract renewals and increase sales of Elsevier Clinical Solutions through upselling and cross-selling strategies.
- Deliver accurate reporting, monthly forecasting of renewal sales, and maintain current records for future reference.
- Prior experience selling to hospitals, health systems, medical schools, and universities is highly valued.
- Excellent communication skills, including proficiency in Portuguese and English, with Spanish being an added advantage.
- The ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and manage time efficiently.
