Key Responsibilities:- Managing engineers who oversee day-to-day Managed Service of customer environments.
- Customer service management, managed services operations, and product improvement engineering.
- Collaboration with customers, product engineering, and operations for success.
Strong affinity for open source development and passion for technology.
Experience with Kubernetes, OpenStack, and latest technology in fast-paced engineering environment.
