Job Summary

Kenvue is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Labeling Portfolio & Process Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of experience in labeling processes, with a strong background in regulatory compliance, quality control, and project management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement labeling processes for new and existing products, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards;
  • Manage a portfolio of brands and projects related to labeling processes, ensuring timely and accurate completion;
  • Manage labeling projects from start to finish, overseeing all aspects of the process including design, content ingestion, and approval;
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to prioritize projects and allocate resources accordingly;
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including regulatory affairs, quality assurance, and marketing, to ensure labeling requirements are met;
  • Develop and maintain labeling databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information in label management systems;
  • Continuously evaluate and improve labeling processes and procedures to optimize efficiency and effectiveness;
  • Provide guidance and training to team members and business partners on labeling processes and best practices;
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to labeling processes;
  • Develop and maintain project timelines and budgets, ensuring adherence to established goals and objectives;
  • Provide regular updates and progress reports to senior management and stakeholders;
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with labeling process projects, ensuring timely resolution of issues;

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. engineering, life sciences, regulatory affairs);
  • At least 15 years of experience in labeling processes, preferably with a combination of industries;
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements (e.g. FDA, EMA) related to labeling;
  • Experience with project management and leading cross-functional teams;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders;
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and labeling software (e.g. Adobe Illustrator).
