
Senior Client Service Leader

As a senior client service leader, you will oversee the daily operations and delivery of exceptional client experiences. Your key responsibilities include understanding client needs, servicing inquiries, identifying opportunities to enhance client service, driving performance against established metrics, and ensuring appropriate risk focus among frontline staff.
You will lead a team in meeting financial objectives and overall business goals while collaborating with global regions where business operations are located. Ensure high-quality client service and address escalations from internal partners and external clients. This role requires extensive cross-functional reporting, executive communication, and interactions with business partners at all levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a high-performing team by identifying staff development needs, providing timely feedback, and reviewing performance management plans for all team members.
- Direct daily activities related to staffing and specialist preparedness, accountable for implementing strategic initiatives relative to product strategy and staffing support.
- Ensure team performance, ensure staff is appropriately trained and supported, and maintain tools necessary for resolving client interactions while meeting client satisfaction standards.
- Shape client service strategies and execution, including communication and administration of strategic initiatives, working on cross-regional and cross-functional teams.
- Manage daily processes regarding customer inquiry investigation, prioritize and distribute work performed by the team, and maintain, update, analyze, and report on production statistics.
