Job Overview:
- The Senior Finance Manager will play a key role in driving business strategy through financial leadership, planning, and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Optimize financial systems and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of progressive FP&A experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven success in managing and developing finance teams.
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and executive presentation skills.
Qualifications:
- Strong leadership skills, with ability to manage multiple priorities and influence across all levels of the organization.
- Ability to cultivate strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders.
