Our finance leadership role offers a unique opportunity to drive financial excellence and lead our Commercial HVAC business in Brazil. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Finance for Latin America, this strategic leader will guide senior leaders and oversee financial planning and analysis.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. They will excel in building trust and operating within dynamic organizations.

  • Provide guidance and support to Business Partners on business performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Lead the financial monthly closing process, report actuals to headquarters, and prepare financial packages.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, standards of internal controls, US GAAP, company codes of ethics and compliance, and local statutory and tax regulations.
  • Partner with Report to ensure accurate recording and timely completion of financial closings.
  • Administer cash flow management across the territory.
  • Collaborate with Order to Cash (credit and collections) to optimize processes that meet business and customer needs while managing risk.
  • Develop insightful forecasts and ensure high-quality annual plans based on market and business drivers.
  • Coordinate long-range planning to deliver and review forecasts and assumptions.
  • Support project evaluation and participate in financial selling opportunities.
  • Drive improvements in office and financial processes using Lean tools.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA preferred.

Extensive practical finance experience (at least 10 years) in a manufacturing environment, preferably global.

Strong leadership, presentation, and analytical skills to communicate financial results effectively.

Proven ability to build relationships and instill confidence with executive management and internal stakeholders.

Excellent communicator and negotiator with influencing skills and ability to build alliances.
