This role requires a unique blend of technical accounting skills and business acumen, enabling the leader to effectively manage and forecast significant transaction volumes.
The ideal candidate will have a full professional fluency in Portuguese and English, a university degree in Finance, Accounting or a related discipline, and strong leadership capabilities to guide and motivate a team effectively.
