Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Application Specialist to join our team. As a key point of contact for our South American client base, you will work closely with our global team to deliver technical application support and integration expertise.

Your primary focus will be on supporting a broad range of ETL workflows between Bloomberg and client systems, including protocols such as SWIFT, FIX, XML, SFTP, MQ, and Web APIs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure stable and secure workflows
  • Build trusted client partnerships
  • Act as the voice of the client, collaborating with Product Managers, Business Leads, and Engineers to shape our offerings based on real-world feedback and market dynamics

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bilingual fluency in Portuguese and English
  • 4+ years of experience in technical support or implementation roles for electronic trading systems
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Familiarity with Fixed Income, FX, and/or Equities workflows, including regulations like MiFID and SFTR
