Project Manager for SAP Concur Implementation

The Project Manager is responsible for implementing SAP Concur services and managing procurement. This includes overseeing project management and functional expertise in implementation, as well as providing service solutions to clients.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple concurrent complex, global, multi-phased implementations following SAP Concur implementation methodology and provide Service Administration to clients under their care
  • Quickly and effectively gather client's business requirements to design and configure SAP Concur services
  • Manage client expectations, drive client deliverables, and exercise scope control to ensure projects complete on schedule
  • Creatively design solutions for complex requirements
  • Develop and maintain strong functional and technical product knowledge
  • Effectively communicate and work with internal and client project teams, international and multi-cultural clients
  • Conduct effective training and product demonstrations with clients at their location or by placing calls remotely
  • Provide consultative expertise to clients, including guiding them through key decisions and tradeoffs to maintain project scope and timeline
  • Stay organized and deliver on commitments, including updating any project tracking systems and fulfilling administrative responsibilities

Requirements:

- Four-year degree in Systems Information
- Experience in Accounting/Administration/Finance a plus
- SAP FI Certified, ABAP knowledge highly desirable
- English / Spanish / Portuguese mandatory
- Minimum of two years of project management, consulting and/or software implementation experience

  • Proven negotiation and presentation skills
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand technical concepts quickly
