This involves developing and implementing scalable outbound sales strategies that drive consistent pipeline growth and revenue results.
Responsibilities:- To oversee the daily sales activity, pipeline performance, and KPIs; providing clear reporting and insights to senior leadership.
- Coach and support your team throughout the sales funnel—from prospecting to negotiation and deal closing.
- Hire, onboard, and continuously develop high-performance teams.
- A proven track record of building and leading successful new business teams focused on outbound acquisition.
- Strong analytical and operational mindset; experienced with data-driven performance management.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with a passion for coaching, motivating, and developing others.
