About the Role

The role requires a skilled professional to lead and manage the performance of the Inside Sales New Business team responsible for acquiring new vendor partners across Brazil. This involves developing and implementing scalable outbound sales strategies that drive consistent pipeline growth and revenue results.

Responsibilities:
  • To oversee the daily sales activity, pipeline performance, and KPIs; providing clear reporting and insights to senior leadership.
  • Coach and support your team throughout the sales funnel—from prospecting to negotiation and deal closing.
  • Hire, onboard, and continuously develop high-performance teams.
Successful Candidates Have
  • A proven track record of building and leading successful new business teams focused on outbound acquisition.
  • Strong analytical and operational mindset; experienced with data-driven performance management.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with a passion for coaching, motivating, and developing others.
