Business Development Lead
This is a critical entrepreneurial role where you will be responsible for building and growing a new business from scratch.
- Product-Market Fit: Identify a product-market fit for a new category, ensuring a clear and unique value proposition. This involves wearing different hats to drive business growth.
- Category Growth: Drive exceptional health outcomes and achieve revenue milestones of $10 million in the first year and $100 million within 36 months.
- Leadership and Collaboration: Lead cross-functional teams, working closely with various departments to achieve business goals.
This role offers a comprehensive entrepreneurial experience in building and growing a business, providing a unique opportunity to significantly impact our business and contribute to our growth and success.
- Critical Thinking: Help define categories to launch, build a customer value proposition, and lead the launch.
- Market Research: Understand customer needs and define the overall strategy for the assigned category, customising it to the Brazilian market.
- Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with different areas to build a new business.
- Competitive Advantage: Create a unique and differentiated value proposition that sets us apart from competitors.
- Financial Management: Manage the category P&L and be responsible for main KPIs, achieving results from $0 to $100m in a short period.
- Innovation: Lead new ideas and initiatives to improve performance and metrics of established categories.
We are looking for outstanding candidates with previous experience building businesses. Previous entrepreneurial experience is highly valued.
- Strategic Thinking: A great judgement and 360-degree view to make a category successful.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically.
- Organisation and Time Management: Proven ability to be organised, independent, and deliver results.

- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Work Experience: 6-15 years of work experience.
