Senior Presentation Design Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Presentation Design Manager to lead our team of presentation designers. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of talented designers, providing guidance and direction to ensure they deliver high-quality design solutions that meet client requirements.

You will work closely with client teams and business partners to develop effective communication strategies and create engaging visual presentations. Your leadership skills will be critical in building a positive and collaborative team environment that encourages creativity, innovation, and continuous learning.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Manage and mentor a team of presentation designers to deliver design solutions for client teams and business partners
  • Track team performance and analyze information to distill key insights and make recommendations for improvement
  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of your own work and your team's work to support the team on prioritized tasks and effectively meet evolving business objectives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience, preferably rooted in graphic design and/or communications
  • Strong leadership and experience managing designers
  • Professional fluency in written and spoken English
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite

Nice to Have:

  • Experience working in a consulting or fast-paced client service environment
  • Familiarity with data visualization best practices
  • Proficiency in additional languages such as Spanish or German
  • Experience with workflow tools such as Monday.com, Workfront, Trello, Jira, etc.
