We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Engagement Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing customer relationships, driving customer satisfaction and success, and identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
As a Customer Engagement Specialist, you will work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs. You will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of customer-facing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer relationships to become a trusted partner.
- Drive customer satisfaction and success by delivering value stories and demonstrating product ROI.
- Identify opportunities for growth and expansion through data analysis and customer insights.
Requirements:
* University degree in a relevant field
* Background in customer engagement and driving customer adoption
* Fluency in English and Portuguese, Spanish a plus
* Strong presentation and communication skills
* Ability to work in an international matrixed organization
* Self-starter with initiative and strong problem-solving skills
