We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as Business Development Manager, Lifestyle. This dynamic role will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to expand our licensing partnerships, increase brand footprint, and drive top-line revenue in the Brazil region.

About the Role

As Business Development Manager, Lifestyle -Brazil, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify prospective new licensing partners, build sales pipelines, and negotiate deals. Your expertise in business development and sales in the lifestyle, beauty, and fashion markets will be invaluable in driving growth and achieving our goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to expand licensing partnerships and increase brand footprint
  • Build and manage sales pipelines through high-volume outbound sales activity
  • Negotiate deals and assemble detailed term sheets with concise business terms
  • Track sales activity in CRM consistently and accurately
  • Manage productive and goal-oriented deal processes
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 3-5 years of experience in business development and sales in the lifestyle, beauty, and fashion markets
  • 3-5 years of experience in full-cycle sales from lead generation through closing the deal
  • A curious, research-oriented mindset and a fearless drive to win
  • Exceptional organization, attention management, and time management skills
  • A bachelor's degree; a legal background is helpful
