As a key member of our customer success team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to assist and support our customers through various service channels.
On a daily basis, you will engage with customers via email, phone, and online ticketing systems to provide guidance and support. Your excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment will be essential in resolving customer queries and providing solutions.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing expert advice to customers on how to use our products to achieve their goals.
- Solving complex customer queries and offering tailored guidance.
- Creating documentation for procedures when necessary.
- Identifying opportunities for improvement with customers and the customer success team.
In addition to these responsibilities, you will also have the opportunity to contribute to other activities related to the customer success team.
We are seeking an individual with excellent interpersonal skills, good communication and persuasion skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. If you have a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, this is an ideal opportunity for you.
Our ideal candidate will have:
- Completed or currently pursuing higher education.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Proactivity and resilience.
- Ability to manage conflicts effectively.
It would be advantageous if you have:
- Experience working in customer-facing roles.
- Knowledge of tools and service channels focused on customer experience.
- Familiarity with digital products and day-to-day technologies.
- Graduation in Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Analysis, or related fields (completed or in progress).
- Experience working with Git.
