">The Role
">In addition, you will lead a team of 3 individuals and collaborate closely with the Head of Growth and Sales teams to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
">Main Responsibilities:

- Oversee a diverse portfolio of over 50 client contracts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.">
- Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations to understand their needs, address concerns, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.">
- Lead and mentor a team of 3 account managers, providing guidance, support, and coaching to optimize performance and achieve targets.">
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture, encouraging innovation and continuous improvement.">
- Work closely with the Head of Growth to develop and execute strategic account plans that align with company objectives and drive revenue growth.">
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business expansion and improvement.">
- Partner closely with the Sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.">
- Collaborate with the Head of Growth to develop targeted marketing initiatives and campaigns to support customer retention and expansion efforts.">
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer retention, churn rates, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction.">
- Generate regular reports and analysis to evaluate account performance, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.">
