
Trade Marketing Executive Emerging Brands

This role plays a critical part in advancing our trade marketing agenda in the Brazilian Northeast, with a strategic focus on this region. The position spans the Emerging Brands portfolio, driving execution across both on and off-premise channels, and is instrumental in tailoring brand strategies to the unique dynamics of the region.
A high level of organization is essential for managing initiatives, ensuring compliance across all projects, and overseeing multiple tasks simultaneously. Delivering trade marketing programs on time and in full across channels is key to unlocking the full potential of emerging brands in the Brazilian Northeast.
The ideal candidate will be a champion of the Emerging Brands in Brazil, supporting the trade marketing plan by working closely with a cross-functional team to deliver actionable insights, learnings, and locally relevant ideas that unlock growth in the Brazilian Northeast.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the primary point of contact within the Trade Marketing team to support the sales team
- Monitor brands' performance by harvesting and analyzing data from market research tools
- Lead the implementation of the trade marketing plan in partnership with our sales team and distributor partners
- Responsible for evaluating opportunities within the channels and coordinating the implementation with agency partners and the sales team
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Communication
- 2-3 years of experience in similar sales and marketing or trade marketing positions
- Advanced Excel skills
- Budget control
- Basic marketing knowledge
