Murex Workflows Support Role

At a top-tier Murex Alliance Partner, we offer end-to-end project services and have delivered over 200 successful Murex projects across all major asset-classes and sectors.

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team in resolving daily Back-Office end-user issues on both functional and technical levels.

  1. Main Responsibilities:
  • Resolve daily Back-Office end-user issues on both functional and technical levels.
  • Liaise with respective internal teams to resolve issues and necessary enhancements.
  • Develop requirements per given stream and according with resolution needs as they come along.
  • Manage day-to-day assigned tasks to complete various application support deliverables.
  • Contribute to support group(s) efforts in resolving request or issues.
  • Analyze, formulate, propose, develop, and/or contribute to overall solutions as per project deliverables.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3+ years' hands-on experience with Murex Back-Office functionalities (Senior level skills in pre and post-trade workflows such as Contract, Events, Deliverables, and Exchange).
  • Hands-on experience in Datamart, Market Data, Batch processing, End of Day flow(s), interfaces, and Trade Life Cycle.
  • Strong personality, logical and analytical skills.
  • Detailed-oriented, quick learner, and self-starter.
  • Possess good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must have strong organization skills.
  • Good product knowledge in IRD, CRD, EQD.
  • Good understanding on P&L concept overall and its components.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong relationship-building skills both internally and externally.
  • Strong experience in supporting end-users and resolving their daily issues.
