Job Title: Engineering Team Lead

We are seeking a seasoned technical leader to oversee our engineering team. This role involves providing direction and guidance on technical decisions, conducting code reviews, and leading the recruitment process to build a strong and diverse team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical leadership and mentor engineers in software development best practices.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and set individual and team goals.
- Work with project managers to develop comprehensive project plans and allocate resources.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget by coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Requirements:
- Experience in software development or a similar role.
- Experience with Java MVC frameworks (J2EE, Spring Boot, Micronaut).
- Track record of managing cross-functional teams of technical individuals.
- Familiarity with the online gambling industry is desirable.
