Job Title

As a seasoned data engineering manager, you will lead the development of large-scale data solutions and serve as a technical expert on all things related to data architecture. Your focus extends to fostering an engineering culture of excellence, empowering engineers to deliver reliable, flexible solutions at scale.

  • You think of quick wins while planning for long-term strategy and engineering excellence.

The ideal candidate is a B.S., M.S., or PhD graduate in Computer Science or equivalent with 10+ years of experience working in data engineering, data platform, or a related domain. You must have hands-on management experience, exceptional communication and leadership skills, and the ability to operate in a fast-moving environment.

Preferred qualifications include experience with programming languages Python/Kotlin and SQL, prior experience with Snowflake/Databricks/Spark/Trino/Pinot, and familiarity with various data lake file formats such as Delta Lake, Apache Iceberg, Glue Catalog, S3, etc.
