As a Data Engineering Lead, you will play a crucial role in optimizing data pipelines and integrations across business intelligence environments for the EEMEA and LATAM regions.

Job Description:

You will be responsible for designing, building, and optimizing data pipelines integrating ERP systems with business intelligence tools for unified reporting across EEMEA and LATAM.

Collaborate with analytics teams to deliver structured, report-ready datasets that meet operational and strategic needs.

Lead the implementation of Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes, ensuring high data quality, proper mapping, cleansing, and transformation logic.

  • Troubleshoot data flow issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement scalable, long-term solutions in partnership with IT.
  • Automate data ingestion and transformation processes using Azure-native tools to increase efficiency and minimize manual tasks.
  • Support application development with tools like Power Apps, improving data collection and process efficiency across business functions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field, with relevant experience in data engineering and architecture
  • Fluent in English
  • Intermediate level of Spanish
  • Strong experience with ERP systems, including data extraction and integration
  • Proficiency in SQL, Databricks, Azure Synapse, Microsoft Fabric, and Power BI
  • Previous experience in Data Engineering roles
