Key Responsibilities:
  • Escalate issues according to customer support procedures.
  • Act as an escalation point for customers.
  • Log, track, and document all issues in our case tracking system and provide regular updates to customers.
  • Monitor electronic devices, radios, and other hardware or software offerings under data hosting customer agreements.
  • Use customer feedback to identify required changes to our products and communicate these changes to product specialists through request for change notices, feature requests, and defect notices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Cloud computing experience.
  • Personal computer skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong keyboard/typing skills.
  • Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to write and execute SQL and/or Oracle queries (technology specific).
  • Data analysis.
  • Technical troubleshooting.
  • Relational databases.
  • Oracle/SQL.
  • Putty.
  • Command line.
  • PowerShell.
  • Networking fundamentals.
