Job Title: Data Onboarding Specialist

We're seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Data Onboarding Specialist. This key position will play a crucial part in ensuring new customers have a seamless experience onboarding with our platform.

This specialist will work closely with various teams, including customer success, operations, and product, to guarantee data is clean, structured, and integrated seamlessly into our system.

The ideal candidate will possess advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills, as well as excellent communication and organizational abilities. Previous experience in SaaS onboarding or operations would be an asset.

About the Role:
  • Manage and support customer data migrations during onboarding.
  • Clean, format, and transform datasets to ensure accuracy and usability.
  • Use formulas, macros, AI tools, and VBA scripts to streamline repetitive tasks and ensure consistency.
  • Identify and resolve data inconsistencies, errors, or gaps with precision.
  • Work closely with onboarding and customer success teams to ensure a smooth handoff and strong customer experience.
  • Provide creative solutions for data-related challenges, often finding ways to make complex migrations simple.
  • Document and improve internal data processes to increase efficiency over time.
  • Support ongoing operational data needs as we scale.
What We're Looking For:
  • Advanced experience with Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Strong attention to detail—accuracy and quality of data is very important for this role.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently, stay highly organized, and juggle multiple onboarding projects.
