The Stock Associate plays a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of our store by overseeing all back-of-house duties. This includes ensuring compliance with company standards and proper stock management of products.
- Manage inventory levels to optimize productivity, ensuring optimal product availability.
- Knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures is essential for successful operations.
- Merge incoming merchandise received directly from vendors into the existing inventory system.
- Coordinate inter-store transfers and manage damages to prevent losses.
- Oversee shipments to ensure timely arrival and minimize delays.
- Maintain loss prevention standards through awareness and adhere to store policies, fostering a culture of integrity.
- Minimum 2+ years of retail operations experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are vital for effective collaboration and problem-solving.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are crucial for managing stockroom operations efficiently.
- Ability to work varied hours and days, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
