Job Title: Messaging Implementation Specialist

This role plays a vital part in our Global Messaging team, supporting the implementation of mobile messaging solutions for diverse clientele.

Key responsibilities include onboarding customers into rich messaging channels, managing orders, and ensuring effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate Operator administration for optimal performance.
  • Maintain ordering, deployment, and ongoing usage of messaging services for clients.
  • Own internal processes related to client orders and provisioning of inbound numbers or registered senders.
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to detail requirements, changes, and service modifications.
  • Keep up-to-date documentation on provisioned attributes with global partners.
  • Review current processes and look for quality and efficiency gains where possible.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience with web-based CRM or service desk applications (e.g., Salesforce, Atlassian Service Desk/JIRA).
  • Data analysis capabilities.
  • Proficient presentation skills.

In this role, you will be working closely with various stakeholders to deliver high-quality results. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proactive, and have a strong analytical mindset.
